Hello 160's! Progress update/scale victory!
I have finally cracked into the 160's this morning! WHOOT the scale officially says 169.8 today! That means I have lost a total of 70 pounds since I started this journey!
169.8 pounds!!!
I have not been in the 160's for decades I am sure of it! It's been 175 days since I had surgery with Dr Kelly in TJ MX. That is 25 weeks ago - time has gone fast.... so have all of my old clothes. They are just memories now! I have gone from a 16 to a 10 and some 8's! An XL top to a Medium (and a couple of smalls!).
169.8!!! It has been less than 6 months.... I am 14.8 pounds from my final goal of 155! I believe I can do this. If I continue at the current pace of about 5 pounds per month I will be there around October! Amazing - that is what this tool is!

Had VSG on Jan 6, 2011 with Dr. Jaime Ramos-Kelly
Start weight 239.8/Surgery Day 217.6/goal:155/Current Weight 144.0 I made it -Goal in less than 10 months
Congrats to you, I know how you are feeling it is a good feeling and I can't wait to be in the 160's also...
I am 16 weeks out from 239lbs I now weigh 180lbs which somedays it feels very scary because am think wow have I lost some much weight in such a short time? My goal is 130lb which they say is my ideal weight...my sister had the Gastric bypass done not the sleeve she has lost 60lbs so far but lost a lot of inches...she is losing slowing which is the best thing to do she is 1 year out but extremely happy with the results...
Doesn't it feel good to be slim again..yeah.....There are no regrets.....

woooohooooo, I'm happy for you kimmes!! It feels great to see that number in the 160's doesn't it? You're doing so good, there's no doubt that you'll reach your goal. Happy 4th to you too, enjoy your new skinny self
